About

Kathleen McHugh

I get so much happiness and satisfaction from helping others move past anxiety, depression, trauma and loss. For some, these feelings are frustrating and bothersome. For others, the feelings are so crippling it's hard to make it through the day. It's important to know that you don't have to live this way.
